Studies have linked the root to lowered post-exercise inflammation and a drop in joint pain caused by the chronic inflammatory conditions like rheumatoid arthritis. And osteoarthritis 

Cherries: This might come as a surprise to ,but not only are they a great snack cherries hold an abundant about of anthocyanins (a type of phytonutrient) to help fight inflammation.
